Accommodating up to 12 guests, the villa boasts six spacious bedrooms, each radiating warmth and style.Spend your days by the beautiful pool surrounded by sun loungers, unwind in the shade of the covered terrace, and prepare your favorite meals on the outdoor barbecue. The villa is embraced by lush Mediterranean greenery, while its private garden and enclosed yard enhance the sense of peace and exclusivity. For those who enjoy an active holiday, table tennis and table football offer entertainment, while the wine cellar is the perfect spot to savor exquisite wines. Guests also have access to a private parking area for three vehicles and a garage for two additional cars.The ground floor features an open-plan living area seamlessly connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate WC are also located on this level.
