You will be staying in a 4-room semi-detached house that spans across 230 square meters and three levels. The modern and luxurious furnishings include a spacious living/dining room of 48 square meters, equipped with cable TV and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-appointed with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the main level. On the lower ground floor, you will find a shower/WC. The upper floor features two rooms, each with a French bed (200 cm wide, 210 cm long), TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. The third room also has a French bed (200 cm wide, 210 cm long), along with a shower/WC, double hand-basin, and TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. There are two additional showers/WCs on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is equipped with several amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. It features air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area (portable), a dishwasher, a Jacuzzi bathtub, heating (including underfloor heating), a microwave, and televisions. The maximum capacity is six guests, with three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
