Charming apartment in Avoriaz – 4-6 people This is a 2.5-room flat (30 sq.m) in the Neva block of flats, in the Falaise district. It is one of the most valued parts of the region for its south-facing orientation and its central location! The Neva block only houses 30 flats, so it is peaceful and charming. The flat is ideally located on the garden level, facing south. The balcony gives direct access to the outdoor space. Recently renovated, the mountain cottage style flat is made of local materials such as wood and stone. It is south facing and well-lit with an unobstructed view of the resort and the mountains. The balcony gives access to a small side road taken by hikers, snowmobiles, etc. It consists of: \- An entrance with numerous storage spaces and coat racks \- A bathroom / WC with a bathtub, a vanity unit, and a WC \- 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190-cm double bed, numerous storage spaces, and a view of the surrounding mountains from the bed (in particular the Hauts Forts!). \- 1 area facing the mountain with two 70 x 190-cm bunk beds + storage spaces under the beds \- A main room with a fully equipped kitchen and a built-in microwave, a built-in dish washer, an induction hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a fondue set, and a raclette set, etc. En joy the large table with permanent seating for 6 people, the corner sofa that pulls out into a 140 x 190 cm bed, the flat screen TV, and the home cinema, etc. \- Large and south-facing 7-sq.m balcony, not overlooked, with a wicket gate giving a direct access to the lawns You can set up deck chairs on the lawn, in front of the flat building because it is a very peaceful and green district. There is no road nearby. As we live in Haute-Savoie region, our family often stays in the flat. L'emplacement est aussi parfait, la boulangerie a cĂ´tĂ©, le supermarchĂ© en face, des restaurants Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied - on est au centre, mais quand mĂŞme tranquille. On peut partir sur les pistes depuis la maison et Ă©galement pour les promenades. On Ă©tait deux personnes avec un petit chien et c'Ă©tait trĂŞs bien, on avait beaucoup de place. There was everything we needed for our weeks skiing. Cleverly designed there was enough space for my wife, myself and our 2 kids to comfortably live in here. Kitchen is well appointed and we ate in most nights after long days skiing. Location is perfect for getting from the welcome station easily, bakery next door and supermarket very nearby. Ground floor location meant we could see the kids from the window playing in the snow outside. Would definitely come back to the charming apartment for next year's ski trip. We stayed there for a family skiing holiday with my wife and our two children (11&8). This apartment was in a great location for parking and accessing the lovely village of Avoriaz. The apartment itself is furnished to high standards and is of real good quality. There was enough room for a family night of four to dine and relax in the apartment. The bunk beds for the children are a fantastic idea of creating a space in the apartment. Great communication from the owner who provided us with all the information we required before and whilst the holiday. I would definitely recommend and we will be returning ASAP. The apartment was fantastic for our family and perfectly and cleverly laid out with the bunk bed in a little cwtch (Welsh word for small area). Everything was really clean and had a real alpine feel. The apartment was close to lifts, swimming pool, walks, childrens area and bolongerie. Really recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again! ##### Mark E. It is tastefully decorated and well designed to make best use of the space. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were able to ski in and out, and the shops and restaurants are very close by. The main bedroom has a large window looking on to the village, which is lovely to wake up to. The area was very quiet during the night and early morning, the bed was very comfortable and so we had a really good sleep every night. There is a local contact in case of any difficulties, and we found them to be very responsive and helpful.
