You will be immediately captivated by this stunning fully renovated apartment, ideally nestled in the heart of the charming village of Morzine. Situated on the second floor with elevator access, it offers both convenience and charm.  
With its luxurious finishes and warm ambiance, the living space perfectly combines comfort and traditional charm. The integration of reclaimed wood and vibrant touches of color creates an authentic yet modern atmosphere.  
From the living room with "pine green" walls, enjoy breathtaking views of the iconic Pointe de Nyon, the ski slopes right across, and the lively village atmosphere. Whether you're a winter sports enthusiast or simply seeking relaxation, this apartment is the perfect starting point to explore the wonders of the resort. Forget the car – everything is within walking distance.  
Unwind in the bright living room after a day on the slopes, or prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Every detail has been carefully designed to ensure an unforgettable stay.  
The apartment includes an entrance with a cloakroom, one bedroom with a queen-size bed and TV, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, a bunk room with two bunk beds (90x190cm), and a living area with a kitchen opening onto a lovely south-facing balcony.  
A private garage and a storage room for skis/bikes are also available for your convenience.  
Services included: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels, toiletries box and end-of-stay cleaning. Beds made up in winter. In summer, beds can be made up for an additional charge. Multipass summer member.   
  
A damage deposit of €1,000 will be requested 15 days before the start of your stay via a secure link. This sum is neither debited nor blocked and is released automatically.
