Perfect for a couple or a family of 4 with a beautiful west facing balcony ! This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is very close to the parking, west facing and easy to ski-in/ski-out. It was fully renovated a few years ago (except the bathroom) \- Entrance with a small room on the left (composed of 2 single bunk beds). \- Hallway with independant toilet \- Bathroom with bathtub \- In the living area you'll find a dining table, a beautiful kitchen fully equiped and a living area with a large sofa bed (160x190cm) \- Beautiful views over Seraussaix from living area and access to the balcony. This nice apartement can welcome up to 4 travelers in comfort All the appartement is at your disposal We are available at any time if needed. Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks. Very convenient when you arrive in Avoriaz. You can easily access slopes from the apartment as well ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the residence. Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk directly to the apartement. Feel free to ask if you have any question !
