Fully renovated in 2021 and 2022, this premium apartment is unique and sits on the 6th floor. Its views, location within the center of Avoriaz, large terrace with jacuzzi makes this aparment remarkable and rare in the resort. 20 guests (best for 10 adults - 10 childrens but can suit more adults) maximum can enjoy their ski holiday in luxury. Johann was a great host and super helpful and available in the run up to the bookings and whilst at the resort for ski hire recommendation and baby sitters as well as baby equipment. The flat itself is in a great location right on the slopes with restaurants, bars and Children ESF ski school on doorsteps, and pool as well as creche a short 5mns walk. Accommodation has all amenities and is very thoughtfully and beautifully decorated throughout. Small minus is that the building itself is a bit tired (like most in Avoriaz) with the lift not working on a couple of occasions but promptly repaired. All in it was a great stay with family and cannot wait to come back next year. ##### Frederic D.
