Renovated 85m² apartment on the 1st floor of a residence (no elevator) located 800m² from the village center, from the Super Morzine Gondola (access to the AVORIAZ area) 1km from the Pleney Gondola (MORZINE/LES GETS area).  
  
It consists of:  
\- Entrance with cupboard,  
\- independent kitchen (10m²) fully equipped (dishwasher,  
\- living room (TV)/living room (21m²) with dining area, large south-west facing balcony,  
\- bedroom (12m²) with a double bed opening onto a balcony  
\- bedroom (10m²) with double bed (tv),  
\- bedroom (11m²) with two single beds and one bunk bed,  
\- bathroom with washing machine, toilet  
WIFI  
  
\- 1 covered parking space  
MUTIPASS MEMBER SUMMER 2025.  
Pets prohibited. Non-smoking. BUILDING NOT SUITABLE FOR BIKE.  
Linen included delivered as a set (sheets, towels, bath mats).
