Located on the raised first floor of the Thuya residence, in the Ardoisières promenade district of Avoriaz, this fully renovated apartment offers approximately 41 m² of living space. With a capacity for 4 people, it provides a warm and modern setting.  
  
A comfortable and well-equipped living area:  
The apartment features a spacious living room with a sofa, opening onto a south-facing balcony with panoramic views over the Morzine valley. The dining area includes a high table facing a modern, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine, etc.).  
  
A cosy sleeping area:  
\- The main bedroom has a 160x200 double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, and benefits from a lovely south-facing exposure  
\- A separate cabin area, ideal for children, is fitted with bunk beds (90x190), offering two single beds and built-in storage  
\- The shower room is spacious and practical, with a WC and wall-mounted towel dryer
