"A great house for family members of all ages. Two downstairs bedrooms with shower rooms are great for less mobile guests. Spacious open plan living meant we could cook and all be together at the same time.The hot tub was amazing and we were lucky with the weather on the fabulous Woolacoombe beach. Lots of great walks too near to the house. A wonderful family holiday home."

"If you're looking to stay in Woolacombe/Mortehoe then you cannot go wrong choosing to stay at Montague steps, we stayed for 2 weeks and found the location great within walking distance to the beaches and all amenities, its good value for money and the property and staff were spot on. We cannot wait to return. Only reason for 4 stars is that it could do with a hoover and a floor mop being available solely for the apartment."

"Well equipped and comfortable unit. Go for the amazing location and views. Easy access to coastal and beach walks, walk down to Grunta Beach when the tide is out. Easy to walk to and from Woollacombe. Really enjoyed our stay."
