« Attristée de ne pas avoir pu bénéficié d’une nuit de remboursement suite à une erreur sur l’application (séjour de 2 nuits supprimé mais en fait pas annulé). Je comprends que l’hôtelier se fasse payer la première nuit mais il aurait pu m’appeler pour me demander quand j’arrivais. Mais non rien. Et les deux nuits ont été prélevées alors que j’étais dans un autre hôtel (mon programme avait changé) »
