It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one King suite and one Queen. Both have their own bathrooms en suite and the master bedroom has a designated work area with a desk and chair. Each bedroom and the living room are all equipped with smart TV’s and there is a deck to enjoy the outdoors. Pet Friendly location. Perfectly situated remarkably close to WVU Mountaineer Field (walking distance) where you can join most of Morgantown in cheering on our beloved Mountaineers, as well as WVU Hospitals. Can not beat this location especially on game days or if you’re in town to visit a family member or friend in the hospital. Also, right around the corner from The Varsity Club, a perfect spot to enjoy lunch, dinner or drinks and The hangout on game days for pre-gaming and tailgating! The food is fantastic and the atmosphere fun & energetic! Minutes from Suncrest Town Center where you’ll find lots of other great restaurants and shops and the “Gucci” Kroger for groceries. If you’re a coffee drinker/lover, and want to experience one of the best cups of coffee you’ll ever have, head to Mountaineer Roasting Company, just minutes away! Just put it in your GPS….you can thank us later! Access is granted through a smartlock app called August Home. You will receive instructions and an invitation to the properties lock via text prior to your stay. Checkin is after 3:00 pm and Checkout is at 10:00 am. Pack n play available on request The property requires stairs to access bedrooms and bathrooms and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. I always bring my own toiletries, so that wasn’t a problem, though my son and hubby were surprised.
