The deck practically sits out over the little river that bends around the property. The hot tub was a nice addition, but the main event is that river! Comfortable living room, spacious bedrooms, perfect patio and the creek. It was only myself, my husband and 9 year old, it was the perfect size. Even though its 15 minutes from town, it feels very secluded, there was no cell service but AMAZING wifi. We will be back. ##### Lacey R. We planned our whole trip around being our boat to Blue Ridge Lake. The driveway is an extremely steep downhill narrow driveway with nowhere to turn around once you are down there. Telling me I can’t bring it when I’m already driving there and it’s too late to cancel and book something else is not helpful. ##### Tyler R. Our family really enjoyed our stay. A few negatives: upon arrival a note was on the fridge/freezer saying out of order. We understand that sometimes things cannot be fixed immediately, especially because our stay was right after Christmas, however, communicating the issue before our arrival would have been appreciated. A mini fridge was provided, but it would not have been large enough to store food for our family for the whole trip. The microwave was also not working. The grill, in our opinion was dirty and not taken care of. The kitchen has an ant problem so be careful with what is on the counters. Several windows were open when we got there ##### Kara L.
