OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ★Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500\. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. ★After each guest, we thoroughly clean the hot tub to ensure it's in pristine condition for your enjoyment. However, please note that the hot tub will not be immediately heated to your desired temperature upon your arrival. It takes some time for the water to heat up to the desired temperature, so we ask that you adjust the temperature as soon as you arrive if you plan on using the hot tub during your stay. The hot tub should never be set above 104 degrees for health reasons. ★Though we come up often in standard front wheel drive vehicles, drivers that are not used to mountain roads may feel more comfortable in a 4WD/AWD vehicle. We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, this area is predominantly families and nature-loving groups. This is doubtless part of its appeal to you too! Between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum. ☞︎ No pets allowed. We love our furries as much as you, but no pets are allowed due to allergies. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave. ☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 11 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest. ☞︎ Please do not adjust hot tub temperature above 104 degrees and please reset to 80 degrees before your departure time. ☞︎ Fireplaces cannot be used between April 1 and September 30\. Use of the fireplace during this time will result in a $250 fine. Be sure the flue is open. Please extinguish the fire and close the screen before leaving the home or going to bed. Turn off gas logs (if applicable), but leave the pilot light on. Do not move the gas logs in the fireplace. Our garbage service will not collect our garbage unless it is bagged and tied off. You can feel free to use the indoor garbage can under the sink, which our cleaners will remove when cleaning the unit. Or if you would like to take the garbage to the outside can, please ensure it is securely bagged (extra bags are located under the kitchen sink) and tied off. ☞︎ You give permission to the host to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Wonderful stay! The property exceeded expectations, was well-equipped, and had great design. Not only was it impeccably clean, it looked like it had been professionally decorated. We loved the concept of three master suites, giving everyone privacy, yet we were able to easily come together. The game room and bunk beds were perfect for our family. Although we couldn't enjoy the outside fireplace because it not in season, we thoroughly enjoyed the rocking chairs. The hot tub was a wonderful treat and all enjoyed the electronic gameboard. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay! ##### John C.
