Immaculately clean, with a well-appointed kitchen for a rental house. Spent two hours in the dark trying to get in with working with Guest Services. The local managment team never responded. Had to drive back to town and get a hotel room. Was a broken french door, which I took pictures and sent to local management team, but they did not respond. There was food under the coffee table from previous guests. This is a shame, as the location was beautiful; however the local managment team was horrible and unresponsive. I am still waiting to get reimbursed for the first night and the hotel. I would not recommend Vacasa.
