Nestled in the woods in Duxbury between Sugarbush and Stowe and close to downtown Waterbury, this home is the perfect launching pad for all your VT adventures. The finished basement features a large play area for children with a more formal living room on the main level and hot tub outside. This is the perfect home for anyone to come and experience all Vermont has to offer in comfort and style! Please message through the booking medium or email before calling or texting for fastest response. Available during normal hours M-F 9-5 and for emergencies during reasonable non sleeping hours. The house is located at the end of a private neighborhood in the woods in Duxbury, VT. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially later in the evening. Access to the entire home and property. Four wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel in winter months in this region of Vermont. The house was built in 2023 and is brand new. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is centrally located just minutes from Mad River Glen, Sugarbush, and the Waitsfield town center and Waterbury town center. The house offers a bright, airy, open floor plan ideal for single or multi-family getaways. Stone countertops, a induction stove, and a beautiful open kitchen space awaits those who love to entertain and cook! This comfortable home is tastefully decorated with plenty of seating and entertainment for the whole family. Guests will find comfortable beds and freshly-cleaned linens in each bedroom. An AWD/4WD vehicle with snow tires is required during winter. There is very little public transportation in the Mad River Valley. Response time was always prompt. The house was very clean and organized. New throughout and welcoming and sunny. Wonderful kitchen for preparing meals or just for gathering. Bedrooms are spacious with closets. Beds are comfortable with soft bedding, and plenty of pillows (that's hard to come by sometimes!) Bedside tables have charging stations, big bright windows throughout. Bathrooms are modern, and clean. Plenty of backup towels, wash cloths, and paper towels provided. Jacuzzi was clean and hot! Perfect for after skiing or biking or for ending an eventful day. Can't say enough about it. We had a wonderful time and it felt like a 2nd home for us. ##### charlene l. The house was described this requiring a four-wheel-drive vehicle to get into in the winter. I would say that you would really need a heavy duty four-wheel-drive vehicle.
