This direct oceanfront condo is exactly what you are looking for. It is located on the second floor with million dollar views that will take your breath away. The unit is unique as it has a garage with a restroom and an exterior shower. You'll also love the views from the NEW (2025) ocean front windows and doors and the large private, furnished, oceanfront deck. There is easy beach access just down a few steps. A sound side deck offers pool and sound views, a great place to watch the summer sunsets. Convenient access to the private community pool, tennis, basketball courts and shuffleboard is just across the driveway. This condo is elegantly decorated with many high end features. Enjoy a good night's rest and soak in the master suite's oversized 6'x6' Jacuzzi tub for two. Cuddle by the stone fireplace with electric logs. The MBR has a king size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a set of bunks beds with a single on top and queen on the bottom. Other features of the great room are 9 ft beamed ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with an ocean view from every angle. De-stress gazing at the ocean during the day and in the evening enjoy listening to the sound of the sea. Eat your meals at the large dining room table with the ocean as your backdrop. Cook your meals in this well-equipped kitchen with updated cabinets and a granite countertop island with bar stools. This condo features LVP flooring throughout. Activities in the neighborhood include lounging by or swimming in the ocean or take a dip in your private community pool, play shuffleboard or basketball. Other amenities: Central Heat & Air, 3 cable smart TVs, wifi, Microwave, Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher, high chair booster seat, electric fireplace, whole house water softener, so you do not need to bring bottled water. One car garage with bathroom. Exterior shower. Four Jamis Cruiser bicycles with easy access to the 13 miles of Emerald Isle bike path. This condo is a Weekly Vacation Rental Only during peak season. Saturday to Saturday turn days checking in after 3pm and check out by 10am. In the off-season, you may rent for a 3 night minimum with no specific turn day. Parking is available for one car in front of the garage door B1 and another spot behind that vehicle (second garage door from the right). Be sure not to park in owner parking space in the center. Address is 2513 Ocean Drive, Building 7, Unit B1\. From entry gate, it’s the 4th building from the right on the Oceanfront. Refundable security deposit required ($500). This is in addition to rental rate and does not apply to rental rate. The security deposit is not charged unless upon inspection, there was damage, theft or fines to the property. NOTE: If you opt to use free owner supplied linens, they Must be washed, dried, folded and returned to the closet prior to departure to ensure your security deposit. Otherwise, you may rent linens locally on the island. Guests are to provide their own LINENS which includes sheets and towels. Even saw a whale breech the waves one day- A first for me down here! The newly changed oceanfront windows were perfect when it was too cold, windy, or rainy to sit on the porch. And when I could, I wrapped up in my coat, hat, and blanket and sat outside to take it all in - lots of space and privacy. The bed was comfortable (would be great to have black out curtains for the early morning hours), and the kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. The smart TV was great as well to catch up on Netflix shows and watch movies on prime at night and when it was raining. It was very clean and had a mild air freshener somewhere that kept the clean & fresh smell always present (mild nice scent and definitely not overwhelming). The only bummer was the fire place wasn’t working. I’d never seen a fire place at the beach but this weekend was exceptionally cold and windy, and I was looking forward to the fire and the added relaxing ambience fires give when it’s cold & rainy. Maybe next winter. The other thing was the TV in the master wouldn’t turn on despite using all remotes- most likely was out of batteries I’m guessing. Still, that was not a big deal either as the sofa in the main room was really comfy to curl up on and watch from there. Truly loved my weekend away to recharge in this beautiful condo with the amazing views of the ocean and steps to the sand. The views are stunning from inside and from the balcony; sunrise and sunset! Access to the beach? Seconds via few stairs! Saw dolphins everyday from the beach and from the balcony. I think the ice maker was not working and we were given manual ice trays to use and refill- I had not done that in an eternity. Might want to call a repair person to fix the ice maker for future guests. We had no problem bringing and using our own linens and towels. The other folks near us in the building were laid back and friendly. The beach was really nice, and so was the deck because it had great views. Please consider leaving a detailed binder or sheet with directions on how to operate the tv, as we have Direct TV not Spectrum at home and had to keep pressing buttons and could really never find the directory to access different tv programming. It was very time consuming and draining and my husband never was able to find the one baseball game that he wanted to watch. All things considered, we did enjoy staying in the condo and had a great week at Emerald Isle! Thank you! ##### Kevin M. Just over the sand dunes from the ocean, you can see the emerald green water, hear the waves crashing, watch the shore birds and occasionally see dolphins playing in the surf. Magical. The condo was clean and comfortable for the 2 of us for a girlfriends’ weekend. Easy to find. Literally steps over a boardwalk to get to the lovely beach - great for walking. One issue with a door lock was quickly addressed and fixed. We enjoyed the nearby aquarium, and walking around and having dinner in Swansboro and Beaufort. I love how it is right on the beach. Owner is super easy do communicate with. The garage offers beach chairs and fun things for kids and the pool is a great alternative. The dressers smelled quite musty so i kept my clothes in the closets. The one thing I would like to see different is having the beds made before I got there. After driving 10 hours, the last thing I wanted to do is put the sheets on all of the beds. I would totally stay here again though- just would plan differently. The beach is literally steps away, and on days when the weather wasn’t as beach friendly, we were able to explore both sides of the island including putt putt, go karts, aquarium, and more. Could have been a bit cleaner but I suppose that’s also a downside of being so close to the beach and being a rental.
