This holiday rental of nearly 270 sqm was completely renovated in 2022, it has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people. Tastefully furnished and equipped with quality equipments, everything has been designed to maximize the comfort of its occupants. The villa is distributed as follows: ❖ a large entrance with a billiard table that can be transformed into a dining table, ❖ a reading corner and home cinema, with board games, TV and books, ❖ a very spacious ultra-equipped kitchen opening onto a living-dining room, ❖ this vast room opens onto a terrace with a superb swimming pool, its deck and outdoor furniture and its small bar area. The sleeping area is arranged as follows: ❖ a "Moana" bedroom with double bed, television (with Netflix), closet, and air conditioning, ❖ a "tropical" bedroom with, in addition to the double bed, a beautiful shaded private terrace. Mar 30, 2025 #### Nice Trip Villa Maramatea met our expectations for a family vacation with 3 night extension to Moorea. The house was surprisingly easy to find, Google Maps was very helpful. There are multiple gates that need to be manually opened to get to the house, helpful with the random dogs that roam the island. Check-in was easy and right on time. The house had multiple fans, something the first place we stayed lacked. AC worked very well in all rooms. Pool was perfect and the outdoor shower was nice, but lacked a path so you had to walk on sandy rocks to get to it. Overall enjoyed the place but could use a few touches. Positives: Cold AC's, comfy beds, extra large fridge, nice pool, quiet location with beautiful mountain views from 2 of the bedrooms. Here are the negatives: poor water pressure that varied between cold and scalding hot, ants in the kitchen, spider webs in corners, pool cues with plastic tips, a dishwasher that had standing water and black mold in it, no dryer so clothes hung outside to dry got wet when it rained. ##### Chad N. Nov 10, 2022 #### Villa très agréable Nous avons séjourné avec des amis et nos enfants pendant 4 jours dans la villa. Accueil très sympa, réactivité en cas de besoin... La villa correspondait bien à l'annonce, il n'y a pas eu de surprise à ce niveau. Heureusement qu'il y avait des jeux de sociétés, la télévision et le billard car nous avons eu de la pluie tout le séjour donc on a pu s'occuper autrement. ##### Anthéa T. The house was clean and well maintained. We loved hanging out by the pool when we weren’t at the beach.
