Rain leaked through the light fitting in the ground floor bedroom onto the bed, so we awoke to a saturated bed cover.The upstairs window to the right of the balcony door has a small leak.The kitchen bin was not emptied prior to our arrival, therefore it stank.The door to the ground floor garage is extremely draughty, and the roller door bangs like a drum solo, requiring some improvised cushioning and sound proofing.On the whole, it's a great value stay in a wonderful and enviable location. ##### Kirrilee P.
