"We had such a wonderful stay at La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa and truly felt looked after from the moment we arrived. The service from all the staff was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Hoang, who took great care of us from day one and made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Breakfast each morning was absolutely fantastic. There was an incredible variety of options, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly, making every morning feel relaxed and enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the resort was simply beautiful. The ambience throughout the property created such a calm and peaceful environment, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy our time there. Even though we didn’t visit during the warmest season, we still had a fantastic experience and can only imagine how lovely it would be during the warmer months. However, other reviews have stated that the AC did not work or they had problems with the water, but we did not have those issues. Overall a fine stay and location very close to historic quarter, but not particularly impressive or outstanding. "
