This is a very convenient location. Staff were helpful and friendly. AC in our room seemed to struggle. I informed the desk as we left. The breakfast of which they are so proud must have been too good. When we got there, the bacon was gone. Heavens! We survived. We will continue to stay here whenever we're in town.

Very dated hotel that is currently being renovated. It would be best to just close and shutdown the hotel while renovations were happening. The food options were limited for their “free breakfast.” Most of the time, they didn’t even have the hot food options and didn’t have any produce options or healthier options. They were currently painting the exterior of the building and you there were signs that if you tried to exit it the side of the building, you would be fined. They were also completing cabling in all the rooms except the room we were in. The experience was uncomfortable, loud, and everything is very dated. The first room, the fan for the cooling and air didn’t work and you couldn’t get the window open to even get fresh air if you wanted to. The second room once I explained the issue, had a clogged shower… The place needs a lot of work and repair… wouldn’t recommend anyone with small children there.

The property is fine and the rooms are clean. My only gripe is that they are having the exterior of the building painted and my Rental car got listed with overspray from the paint. Hopefully the Rental car company won’t say anything about it when I return the car.

I am truly sorry that you had this issue. We made it a point to have it posted at check in and in multiple other locations that paint work was being done as well as trying to notify all guests upon arrival. I wish the staff knew so that we could have addressed this during your stay.

I woke up at 2am and found a BED BUG biting my neck! Immediately left and slept in my car for the rest of the morning. I had to throw away the clothes I was wearing out of caution. Notified an employee and showed them a photo. Also there was a travel trailer parked about 10 feet directly in front of my window in the adjacent lot, it seems to be lived in. Do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances!

The customer service was amazing, I was checked in quickly, got my room and finally got some rest. Getting the room was pretty last minute, I reserved it only hours before we arrived. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. I loved my experience and if I find myself back here, I would definitely look into staying here again.

The beds were so uncomfortable that none of us got a good nights sleep. My son tossed and turned all night. I had horrible back pain. You could hear the people in the next room. The room was dirty. The fridge was left dirty and it was loud. I understand the building is old but spend some money in deep cleaning and better beds. The only plus was the staff was awesome. We did leave a day early because I couldn't sleep in the bed with that kind of back pain. They didn't have any other room with better beds and we didn't get a refund on the night.

To have access to the dining area with hot water, fruit, yogurt, and the morning breakfast was very nice. Staff were very helpful. I also really liked the refrigerator that had a freezer space that would actually freeze my ice packs that I need for my meds. I was able to freeze the packs and travel 6 hours with out the worry of my meds being compromised. Thought the hotel had a hot tub, that was disappointing. Beds were comfortable and I slept very well. Thanks for the kind and efficient staff you have at your hotel.

An Excellent place to stay!
Everything was perfect. Check-in was quick and simple. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was incredible. We booked the suite and it was terrific. The Jacuzzi tub was amazing. Will Definitely be back.

Don’t stay here!
The room was dirty smells moldy with Gatorade bottles under the bed. No conditioner and the tv did not work right. Breakfast was horrible the potatoes look bad expired and sausage was either cooked in the microwave and burnt or very old eggs looked pre frozen and not cooked well. The pool room was very cold with the winter months they should consider making it warm in there. I use to enjoy my stay every time I visit family but this hotel is going down hill. I thought with the change in ownership things would get better but nope!

I do apologize that the room did not meet your standards. Under new ownership, we are beginning extensive renovations that will eliminate many of the current issues. In the past when you have stayed with us you have made different complaints to staff and have always been accommodated. But on this visit, staff was unaware that you were experiencing any difficulties so we were unable to assist. We always strive to help our guests when they communicate concerns to us while they are here.

This little place is a gem. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, nice pool, just enough breakfast :-). nice staff and it doesn't break the bank. We'll be back!

It was a surprisingly clean and well made big room for the price. I've had some recent bad stays at more expensive places with HORRIBLE noise problems, I was expecting that here as well. Not a peep. It was an enjoyable stay, I'll stay again if the need warrants.

It was good, the breakfast was little to be desired, it only has meat every other day and when it did it was super greasy. The pool is super cold but can be heated because more, we asked and they did it. So thats kinda ridiculous, to have to ask.
