The master bedroom and the living room has a desk space perfect for anyone working during their stay. It has a 2 car garage where you can park your car. It's walking distance or less than a minute drive to the Uncompahgre River. You can take a hike or ride bike on Uncompahgre River Trail. If you hike going south on Ceres Park, you'll end up at the River Bottom Park and Montrose Water Park. The park has picnic area, playground, fishing area, water sports, hiking, biking and skateboard park. Especially when you need a place for a dog. We loved staying at Luz's place! It is a relatively new build so it was clean and spotless! It felt as though no one had ever stayed there!! The back yard is fenced in and has an area for dogs to go to the bathroom as well as a sitting area. Kitchen is well equipped; you could easily make a meal or two! The house is on a residential street and was very quiet. It backs up to Spring Creek Road, a two lane road, but it tended to be quiet at night. We used a should machine on our phone just incase we heard traffic, but we didn't hear much at all. Highly recommend! ##### Kate F.
