Check-in and out was easy, at the office in Morzine, and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately, we had no oven for our Xmas Day dinner but it was fixed the following evening, after emailing the property manager. There is a lovely local Italian pizza restaurant for take-away or eat-in and a small supermarket for basic supplies; both are a 3 minute walk away in Montriond.
