### Beautiful chalet in heart of the Alps- CATERING Available

This is stunning 4 bedroom chalet sleeping up to 11 people is located just a 15 minute walk from the centre of town. The chalet is designed in traditional alpine style with a large open plan ground floor for dining and lounging around with a nice glass of wine. This chalet is ideal for all groups wanting to enjoy the summer or the winter.   
  
It has a beautiful garden out the back of the chalet to really enjoy the summer sun, BBQing, and relax in our outdoor hot tub right in the heart of the mountains.  
  
 In the winter, you can curl up in front of the fire place in our cosy lounge after a great day on the mountains.  
  
There are endless activities here in winter and summer. In summer Morzine is a mecca mountain biking, climbing and hiking, with great adventure activities like rafting, hyrdrospeeding and canyoning.   
  
If you are interested in road cycling or triathlons, we have special weeks designed to take you through the mountains on all the world famous Cols. There are great activities for the family and a lot of events designed to keep you entertained while you are here. There is a swimming pool, and a luge, paragliding and mini golf.   
  
In the winter this place turns into a winter wonderland, with amazing skiing and snowboarding for all the family. The Portes du Soleil is the biggest ski area in Europe with 11 ski resorts in one pass so you will never get bored. Bring you family along and enjoy everything the alps has to offer in the relaxed and magical place.  
  
There are 4 rooms spread over three floors, sleeping up to 11 people with two rooms having their own private en suite and the other two sharing a bathroom and toilet between them. This chalet is ideal for all group types and sizes and an easy location to get to and from town. With less than a five minute walk down the road to Montriond you have La Marmotte d’Or, Morzines number 1 bar , voted 3 years running. With live music and a great atmosphere you will find it hard to resist.  
  
Below is a description of the layout of the rooms in the chalet:  
  
Room 1: Large double room with an en-suite bathroom and south-facing balcony  
  
Room 2: Twin/Double room with a shared bathroom and shared separate toilet  
  
Room 3: Twin/Double room with a shared bathroom and shared separate toilet  
  
Room 4: Double/twin room with 3 extra single beds that spans across the whole top floor of the chalet. There is a en-suite bathroom and a separate en-suite toilet. It also has a large sheltered west facing balcony with beautiful views of the valley (ideal for families)  
  
Whether you want to be cycling the mountains, skiing or snowboarding with your friends and family, swimming in the lake or just read a book, this chalet is the perfect place for you.  
  
We offer Catered and Flexy Catered options for your stay with us.  
  
CATERED: With our catered option you will be warmly welcomed and taken care of from the moment you arrive. We will serve you delicious, home cooked meals with unlimited wine and beer throughout each dinner. We serve all our meals in a relaxed family style so that you can have as little or much as you like with minimal fuss. All our food is freshly prepared and is just what you need to keep going on the mountain all week!  
Here's what's included for one of our catered weeks:  
  
· Comfortable chalet accommodation for seven nights with towels and linen  
· Breakfast with a hot option served daily (two day being only continental)  
· Freshly baked cake served five days a week for afternoon tea  
· Free tea and coffee any time of day  
· Appetisers and a two course meal served five nights of the week and two nights to enjoy the local restaurants and cuisine in town  
· Unlimited beer and wine with dinner  
· We will organise the booking of your lift passes and have them ready at the chalet for you.

We can also stock the chalet with a selection of well priced wine and beer that will be ready for your arrival!  
Want fresh baguettes and croissants delivered every morning too? Not a problem.   
We can even deliver a breakfast starter pack to get you through that all important first morning!

Très bon week end dans ce chalet spacieux. Accueil chaleureux. Seul problème règlement en livres j ai eu des frais de 50 euros de prélevés en plus. Pas prévu et un peu lourd vu prix déjà réglé

#### Confort et belle situation du chalet

Excellent séjour dans ce chalet confortable et idéal pour plusieurs familles. Nos hôtes nous ont laissé disposer de tous les conforts de ce chalet : poele à bois, jaccuzi, garage ... Très bien situé entre Morzine et Montriond, accessible à pied ou avec la navette , mais un peu de pollution sonore car juste au bord de la route.

#### Logement idéal pour grande famille ou plusieurs couples

Nous avons apprécié la taille du chalet, la cheminée et son spa. On s’y sent bien! Les enfants étaient aux anges dans le dortoir au dernier étage. La garage est bien pratique pour tout le matériel de ski. La navette passe juste en face du chalet. Les hôtes sont très réactifs tout en étant très discrets. Nous serions ravis d’y retourner.

This is a nice property, however being met with a list of don’t do this rules is not encouraging, the chalet is needing a good deep clean, eg under beds, cobwebs and dirty cups, also note there is no washing machine which is not made clear, this is not great for a family staying for nearly 2 weeks.The location is right next to the road which when you’re trying to sleep in summer and having windows open is very noisy. I would not say it is value for money unfortunately due to the above.

We enjoyed our stay in Monriond. Short walk to downtown Morzine. We were in the area for a wedding which was a short drive. The chalet had everything we needed for the week. Enough rooms for our whole group. Clean.

#### Excellent Chalet

We had a great week at Chalet Ele. We stayed self catering and the photos don’t do the chalet justice. The location is great with a 15-20 minute walk to Morzine or 5 mins to Montrions where there is a shop and a great bar called Marmotte D’or. Anna and Mike were great and always on hand if we needed anything, which we didn’t as the chalet has everything that you would need. Overall, we couldn’t recommend this chalet enough and we are hoping to come back.

The chalet had everything we needed for our group of 8\. Space a plenty, a garage for our 8 bikes. Hot tub. Great location close to centre and both lifts. Ideal.

#### Great Stay!

Really nice chalet with plenty of room for 11 if some are happy to share rooms, fully equipped with everything needed for a weeks stay. Chalet is a 15-20min walk from centre of town/lifts (1.5km). There is a bus stop right outside the chalet but in our experience the busses were pretty unreliable (no fault of the hosts) we stayed during covid so your experience could be better. The hosts Anna & Mike were really friendly and helpful whenever needed, met us at arrival & departure and always quick to respond to texts and phone calls. Thanks again!
