This modern residence "Le National Montreux" is situated in the heart of Montreux, Switzerland, a resort town renowned for its stunning location on Lake Geneva. It offers a range of amenities, including a heated swimming pool (3 x 10 m, depth 160 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 07:00-22:00), a sauna, fitness room, relaxation room, and a hamam (Turkish bath). The residence features central heating, a lift, and weekly linen and towel change services (supplement charge required). Additionally, it provides communal covered parking with a height clearance of 195 cm. Nearby, you'll find a supermarket (400 m), shopping center (350 m), restaurants (300 m), cafés (350 m), and a bus stop (130 m), making it an ideal holiday rental for your stay in Montreux.  
  
Outdoors  
The residence enjoys a prime location near the pristine waters of Lake Geneva (Lac Léman), which is just 50 meters away. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of the nearby golf course (18 holes, 15 km), tennis courts (950 m), and minigolf facilities (1.1 km). The hiking trails at Rochers de Naye offer breathtaking scenic routes for those seeking a more adventurous experience. The "L'Esplanade A3.8" is a luxurious and tastefully furnished 5-room apartment spanning 210 square meters on the 3rd floor with a south-east facing position. It features a large living/dining room equipped with a TV, gas heating, and electric shutters, leading to a balcony. The apartment boasts four bedrooms, each with a double bed (one with a 160 cm bed, and three with two 100 cm beds) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/WC and double hand-basin. One of the bedrooms has an additional TV.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a large, open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, 5 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso) are provided as an extra. Other amenities consist of Internet (WiFi, free), a balcony of 20 square meters with furniture, and two garage spaces (n 68 + 69) on the property for parking your cars during your vacation.  
  
Other Information  
The "L'Esplanade A3.8" apartment offers a marvellous view of the lake, mountains, countryside, and the resort from its balcony. The property is strictly non-smoking, ensuring a comfortable environment for all guests. The maximum capacity is 8 people, making it suitable for families or groups of friends.
