This was literally the worst experience ever!! My family and I are still in shock with this horrible experience!! We arrived at 1130PM, the stench in the hallway was unbelievable (a combination of rotten eggs and sewage gases)! It became worse as we approached my room. It became apparent when the attendant opened the door-my room was the source. The first bedroom's floor was wet and had an air machine blowing deodorizer. My daughter who is asthmatic could not breathe. The attendant was unable to tolerate the smell and notified the manager, he confirmed the room in unhabitable. We were moved to a one bedroom that could not accommodate the 10 people we had; we were left with no choice, we had to book a last-minute room elsewhere to accommodate some of my family members. The following morning, we were notified that we had to move back to our original room as the plumbing problem was resolved, the room was deep cleaned, When we returned to the room, it was evident nothing was done in the room other than the one additional air freshener. We were not allowed to stay in the temporary room because it was rented for that day. The smell was unbearable! I could not believe this hotel knowingly rented this room with plumbing issues (It is important to note this room was the lower level and housed the sewer system for I was told and shown). I spoke with the manager, he apologized and said we would be fully refunded. It has been five weeks, NO REFUND, RETURN CALL and he refuses to answer
