It is very clean and well-decorated, with an artistic vibe. Andre is very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The area is very walkable - full of coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. The host wanted to make sure we had everything and were happy . The neighbourhood was charming with lots of restaurants and a nearby park. We were a 10 minute walk from the Metro and there are many excellent restaurants in walking distance. The place is a fantastic three bedroom apartment with everything you need including an amazing kitchen with an espresso maker! André was a great host. So many shops, restaurants and a beautiful large park within walking distance. We fully utilized both balconies and loved the kitchen - especially the fancy coffee machine. I miss having the best coffee created by myself every morning. The rooms were spacious, and we were able to keep them cool using the large fans provided. Please note there are steep stairs to go up to the flat so if stairs are a challenge - I would not rent this flat. The only thing us gals wished for was a floor length mirror and a larger/lower down mirror in the bathroom. We also enjoyed our every morning visit by a neighborhood cat on the balcony. We would definitely rent this flat again. Highly recommend! ##### Sharron W.
