Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. 9\. If the number of people on the premises exceeds the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full. Exceptions can occur. 10\. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately. The condition of the premises is established before arrival and after departure. The visit after departure will allow the Landlord to review the general condition and cleanliness of the apartment. The premises must be return in perfect condition and entirely operational. Any damage to the apartment and its content will be charged to you, including a $ 50/hour fee to cover repair and/or replacement time (shopping, etc.). 11\. It was clean and exactly as described on vrbo. The outdoor deck space was nice to sit out on after being on the go all day. The location was ideal, with so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We especially enjoyed exploring Ave. Mont-Royal, which is pedestrian only and just a block from the apartment. The hosts were very attentive and responded promptly and kindly to my many questions. The suite was just beautiful. There was light everywhere and the place was gleaming clean. Lots of space, modern amenities, comfortable beds, an outside space, a vibrant neighborhood and near a metro station. We all loved our visit to Montreal. Access to the apartment involves some serious stairs; just be aware if there are any conditions that preclude this. Street parking was confusing to me as a non-Canadian, but the host was helpful on the phone. Emails and phone calls to the host were answered quickly. The property was extremely clean and well kept. Lots of space and located in a great area. We went into the city by train and it was easy and convenient. We flew in from PEI for a hockey game. The apartment was gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, the patio was lovely, and you can't beat the location. Communication with the owner and all the helpful notes around the apartment were spot on. I rented this unit with 4 other women for a long girls weekend in Montreal. We can not say enough good things about this place! The unit was clean and extremely spacious. The pictures are very accurate and there were no hidden problems, like in other rentals. The location was amazing with TONS of restaurants and bars in every direction. We either Uber'd or walked to everything and saw that the metro station was super close. There is a dollar store 50 feet away, where we purchased snacks. There are a few grocery/convenience stores for alcohol just a block or two away as well. We also felt very safe at night walking down the street in the area. We had a minor issue upon check-in with our access code not working. We called Yann and he immediately fixed the issue and made sure everything was working prior to hanging up. Management was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. The only issue we had was that the unit below us had children that were running back and forth while yelling late into the night. It was a little difficult to sleep but it got better the second night (perhaps they didn't realize anyone else was in the unit above).
