Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. 9\. If the number of people on the premises exceeds the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full. Exceptions can occur. 10\. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately. The condition of the premises is established before arrival and after departure. The visit after departure will allow the Landlord to review the general condition and cleanliness of the apartment. The premises must be return in perfect condition and entirely operational. Any damage to the apartment and its content will be charged to you, including a $ 50/hour fee to cover repair and/or replacement time (shopping, etc.). 11\. There were signs with instructions for the facilities. Hosts were very responsive to our texts. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area and a quick hop on public transport for the rest. We were very pleased with the k-cups and laundry soap and extra towels which made the stay super convenient. We had elders and so were surprised by the stairs, but it all worked out. The beds were comfortable, and even the bunk room had large double beds with nice mattresses. This location is close to restaurants and shopping, as well as scenic running and walking routes (we went up Mont Royal every morning). It was so nice to have air conditioning on the hot days. We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment. My sister and I came with our six combined children ages 8-15, and this apartment was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and the rooms well laid out. It was incredibly clean and there were plenty of towels, dish soap, paper towels, etc. provided to make our stay very comfortable. The communication with the hosts was excellent before and during our trip. The apartment location is terrific - close to many restaurants and a short walking distance to the Metro and a supermarket. The property was beautiful, very well maintained, everything we were looking for, the beds were comfy, very spacious, wonderful outside terrace and lovely decorations. The location is awesome, so close to the action, but not as loud as a few nearby streets at night, which was a plus! A few homeless folks nearby to be aware if, but they didn’t bother us. Parking can be a bit tricky, but lots of info from the host on how to navigate. I loved the little touches, like the coffee pods. Would highly recommend this property!! ##### Kate B. After a trying travel experience due to the IT outage and we all finally arrived, we were so happy to relax in this comfortable and conveniently located apartment. There was a bit of noise the first morning due to people moving around above us but other than that we were quite comfortable and found everything we needed. Each of us had our own bedroom and shared the two bathrooms. The common areas were spacious, and the outdoor patio was a treat. We only used the kitchen for breakfasts, but it was nice and well supplied, so I could easily see cooking a larger meal there. We also rented the sister location for the other half of our group. This apartment is walking distance to many restaurants and bakeries which was great for early morning coffee. The metro was also easy walking distance. Although parking was tricky, there was a lot around the corner that was very convenient. The area overall seemed safe. The owners were responsive and answered all questions promptly. The front bedroom is on the street side and tended to be noisy. We put our teens that sleep through anything in that room and it wasn't an issue for us. The apartment is in a wonderful location-close to everything, very clean and well appointed. I do recommend that the building staircase be painted/new rug because it's a little ragged in comparison to the units.
