By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. If the number of people on the premises exceeds the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full. Exceptions can occur. 10\. The condition of the premises is established before arrival and after departure. The visit after departure will allow the Landlord to review the general condition and cleanliness of the apartment. The Metro is a short walk away and plenty of restaurants, parks and shopping. Although the apartment sits right on Mount Royal we never heard the night life! The apartment is well appointed. It’s perfectly situated in one of the best neighborhoods in Montreal with tons of restaurants, groceries, and stores super close, but it’s also quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself is beautiful with plenty of space, beautifully decorated, a very functional kitchen, and washer and dryer so you can stay very comfortably in the apartment. Our family of five and mother in law stayed here for a week and were super comfortable. And the host of the apartment, Yann, was terrific and easy to communicate with - always super responsive. It was ideal for small children and people who love to explore a beautiful city. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Easy check in and check out. The stairs up to the apartment were a little tricky with heavy luggage but they were not hard to go up and down in general. The hot water took awhile to warm up but was great after a few minutes.
