The neighbourhood is home to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes, as well as beautiful parks and green spaces. The Plateau is also known for its thriving arts scene, with many galleries and studios showcasing the works of local artists. One of the most unique features of the Plateau is its architecture, with many of the buildings featuring brightly coloured facades and intricate details. Overall, the Plateau Mont-Royal is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to experience the vibrant culture and creative energy of Montreal.

IMPORTANT: If you have ANY questions about AC location, heating, noise levels, pets, parking, mobility issues, or any special needs/requirements whatsoever, be sure to contact me \*before\* booking to ensure our place is a good fit for you!  
  
The city is doing construction in front of the building, which may affect access by vehicle, and cause some noise disturbance on weekdays. The city has not given an end-date to the construction but we assume sometime around mid-November
