Lovely and quiet location near the Botanical Garden, 15 min downtown.

Nice little warm and comfortable non-smoking apartment in a relaxed environment and a quiet neighborhood, and very close to all amenities. The apartment is very well equipped. Bedding through towels, washing machines and dryers to the kitchen where you will find everything you need to cook as you want, you will fell like home. And if you missed anything, we're just downstairs and we will be happy to help you out. We also offer travelers who arrive late in the evening to do some shopping for breakfast. Just tell us what you need and we will get it for you!

Lovely space and location!
My partner and I really enjoyed staying here for the weekend. It was very clean and super cozy! it had lots of amenities for if your staying longer like wifi, and kitchen things. The apartment is in a great location near transit, a market, and the biodome. we really loved getting coffee at canard coffee close by both mornings! Jean was very friendly and happy to give transit directions and recommendations for restaurants and whatnot! Would definitely come back one day!

A great place to stay
The apartment was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, and conveniently located between the Viau metro and the Marche Maisonneuve, with a good selection of restaurants nearby. The kitchen has everything you might need for eating in, including sharp knives, and the quiet neighbourhood and comfy bed make it easy to sleep at night. All in all, a great place to stay when exploring Montreal.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet, very quiet. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. The apartment was only accessible by spiral staircases, which I liked, but could prove a challenge for some. The residential neighborhood was quiet and I felt completely safe. I needed to park in the alley because of a recent snowstorm and I had no qualms about walking from the alley to the apartment after dark. The owner, who lives downstairs, was friendly and informative. I checked in late and he was super pleasant. I highly recommend this place and hope to return on my next visit to Montreal.

We had an excellent time staying here. The apartment is located to everything you need. Only a few minutes away from the subway and bus routes and close to a nice little market. Parking looked like it was going to be difficult getting a spot but it was actually very easy. This place was perfect for us and I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean and convenient in a nice section of Montreal. Jean suggested a nearby restaurant, Bagatelle, which was excellent. The unit is upstairs and care must be taken on the spiral staircase outside. We enjoyed our stay!

July Honeymoon
We had such a wonderful time staying here for our honeymoon. It was very close to the market and some tourist attractions (such as the Olympic Park and Botanical Gardens). Jean was also kind enough to check-in on us throughout our stay and also purchased groceries for us since we were arriving so late. Wonderful place to stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Nice 2nd floor apartment, a ten minute walk from the Jardin Botanique and the Montreal Metro.
Nice apartment, with a well stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. It can be warm in the summer, but the owners have provided many fans to help keep the place cool. Jean and Valerie are charming. Jean was helpful pointing out things about the neighborhood.

Great apt. In the perfect safe spot.
Thank you Jean for a wonderful stay in Montreal. The apt. was perfect for my wife and I for our 4 day visit. It is within walking distance to the subway which makes it easy and economical to get to all the Montreal sites. A great little market was a 5 minute walk for our grocery needs. The apt. was clean, comfortable and stocked with all the items needed to cook your own meals if you choose. Jean met us when we arrived in the evening and gave us a tour of the apt. to make sure we were comfortable before he left. Thank you again Jean.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is spacious and very clean. There is a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The apartment had everything you could want or need, such as extensive information about Montreal, cleaners, hair dryer, and plenty of towels. The owner greeted us when we arrived late at night and was very informative and responsive. The apartment is located in a safe residential area and is a short walk (10 min.) to the Viau metro station. There is also a bus from the metro station which drops you one block from the apartment in case you are returning at night and don't want to walk. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Overall we were very happy with our stay here. Comfortable bed, good amount of space for the two of us, and walkable to the market, Olympic stadium, botanical gardens. We were quite hot as it is second floor and no ac, but ther than that we were comfortable here.

Lovely escape
Rue Sicard was a very comfortable, spotlessly clean and terrific stay. Jean and Val are very friendly and provided lots of great, helpful information. Nice, quiet residential area. The apartment is well cared for and has great, comfortable furnishings and anything you might need. Viau is the closest metro stop but would also recommend using buses. There is a stop about a block and a half from the apartment on corner of Leclaire and Ontario that goes to downtown Montreal and we found it very useful. Only a few minutes longer than a train trip and gave lovely sightseeing tour along the way. Also caught a taxi once and the service arrived very fast and the driver was quite friendly. In addition to the lovely large market there are also nearby corner stores [dépanneur & Marché express] open later if you need to grab something in the evening. Overall a lovely and easy stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent, well thought out apartment in a nice neighborhood
The apartment was very nice - the owners had thought of all the little details that made the stay in this place very enjoyable. Note for people with bad backs: you may find the bed to be too soft - it was for us - so we had to do some back exercises in the morning to get our backs back into shape. Parking may be tough to find if you drive into the neighborhood very late in the evening. When we drove up to Montreal, we arrived to this neighborhood around 11:30 PM and ended up parking on an empty stretch of the street near the apartment - in the morning we saw a "no parking" sign on this stretch, but did not get a ticket. According to the owner (Jean) we could park anywhere on the street, so we don't know if the "no parking" sign that we saw had to be taken seriously or not (we did not have a chance to ask Jean about it). The second day we came back to the neighborhood earlier (around 9 PM) and had no problem finding a spot where the local people park.

Lovely neighborhood with convenience to a great many shops and parks and attractions (movies and planetarium and botanical garden). Also buses and metro nearby.
