– Instant bookings that don’t meet these terms may be reviewed or cancelled

4. Noise, Parties & Smoking
– Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
– No parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior at any time
– No smoking in units, on balconies, or shared areas
– $250+ fee applies for any smoking-related cleaning or damage

5. Guests & Visitors
– Only registered guests may stay overnight

great place stayed there with 6 people the 2 pull out beds were convenient and useful as well comfortable locations was walking distance from everything only problem is there’s a club right below the place so it was a little loud late at night
