The only downside was a loud TV in a neighbour’s apartment heard into the early hours each night from one of the bedrooms. Other than that I’d recommend this as a fantastic place to stay in a central location in Montreal. The only time we used taxi service was our return from the IGA Stadium, we walked to the Stadium in the morning. Grocery stores were close by and we found a very nice Italian Restaurant a couple of blocks away.The only suggestion we would make is to have a notebook that identifies grocery stores and restaurants close by.Had a nice time and appreciated Vlad making sure we had every thing we needed.Especially liked the cleaning up process before we left, there was no responsibility for us like taking the sheets off the bed. The condo was lovely, extremely clean and well-appointed, with plenty of space for our family. With our son and daughter joining us, everyone had their own room, which made it even more comfortable. The location was perfect, safe, walkable, and right across from a park that led to the vibrant Mural Street Festival. There were plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance.Day 2, we took a quick 15-minute Uber ride to the Biodome (a must-do!), the Olympic Stadium, and the beautiful Botanical Gardens. Day 3 was just as easy, we walked five minutes around the corner to the train station and took the orange line to explore the stunning Notre-Dame Basilica and Old Montreal. It was super central and within walking distance to all the fantastic spots in the city. Our stay included 4 adults who travel often and we were super impressed and felt like it was a amazing find. It was pretty quiet, had plenty of space to lounge, as well as enough seating to have a meal comfortably. Any questions I had for the host before and during our arrival/stay were answered quick and timely and the check in process was easy. The staircase in the back is a little narrow but that is the style of these buildings and we managed to get all of our suitcases up the stairs without issue and on checkout day we decided to go down the wider front stairs and pull the car to the front. We have experience with staying in Montreal several times over the last few years. But this was our first time at this particular VRBO, and I can say it is perfect. Host Vlad is extremely kind and responsive. The apt itself is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. And the location is a great one. We will absolutely stay here again. Ad pictures are accurate, the space is absolutely lovely. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Back spiral stairs are a little stressful to climb. Park out front to load and unload, as the front stairs are easier to climb. ##### Pisha P. Orange line metro is 5 minutes walk. Variety of restaurants near by. The accommodation is excellent. The only caution , as several had mentioned, if you park your car in the back, it is best you first stop by the front entrance and unload your luggage and bring them in through front door. The entrance from the back requires walking up a narrow spiral staircase and will be super challenge. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. ##### Mei-Ting H.
