My iconic flat is a modern and spacious 3 bedroom apartment located in a vibrant neighborhood on famous Sainte Catherine street. ✦ St. Catherine street is the central street across all downtown, featuring shopping, bars, cafes, iconic shopping, festival events, and more! {{{The apartment itself has three bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed and ample closet space. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed. The second bathroom is a full bathroom and includes a full bathtub and shower.}}} The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and can accommodate up to 6 comfortably. High Speed WIFI! The apartment features a stylish and comfortable living room with plenty of seating, and a large flat-screen TV. We provide all of our guests with freshly cleaned linens, towels, toiletries, and the apartment also includes air conditioning/heating. We take great care to ensure that our property is always clean and comfortable for our guests, and we hope that you\`ll choose to stay with us during your visit to Montreal. You and your group have exclusive and private access to the full apartment and balcony, not shared with anyone else during your reservation. Located right beside the downtown core, you have the convenience of downtown and the relaxation of not having 24 hour city goer traffic. Visitors know downtown Montréal’s East side for its major attractions, such as the Biodome\`s living nature museum and the historical Olympic Stadium Park! While Montrealers know and love Hochelaga-Maisonneuve area for its charming streetscapes, lush green spaces and community spirit. Hochelaga-Maisonneuve is where real life happens: it’s a thriving urban village with a friendly, small-town feel. The area is growing and developing so you can experience fantastic local favorites close by. Hochelaga-Maisonneuve now offers an eclectic mix of small local businesses. From the Maisonneuve Market to Promenade Ontario to Sainte-Catherine Street East, there’s always something new to discover, with a wealth of new restaurants, cafés, local artisans, designers and socially-responsible boutiques ever-adding to the neighbourhood’s allure. There’s no lack of things to do here, either indoors or out. Maisonneuve Park offers a vast 4-season playground, and Morgan Park with its water fountain, beautiful landscaping and magnificent bandstand is a neighbourhood family favourite. Each summer, Ontario and Sainte-Catherine Street East transform into a festive outdoor venue featuring entertainment and activities for residents and visitors alike. Streets are closed off to traffic, patios are buzzing, sidewalk sales abound and people just come out to experience the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve summertime vibe. This is a very convenient location, you will be 15 minute or less from dozens of the biggest activities and must see sights! You are a 10 minute taxi or Uber to downtown, 15 minutes to get across downtown and the Old Montreal (Old Port) district. There is convenient city busy 125 right on Ontario street just a couple of minutes walk. 5 minutes from the Biodome and Olympic park or an easy walk there in 15-20 minutes. \- This location is brand new, you will be one of my first guests here. So if you have any feedback or feel something is missing that you need, please let me know in a message. I am always happy to hear feedback and maybe there is something more I can provide for future guests. \-If I am out of town but I always have someone committed to caring for my guests. The apartment\`s housekeeper can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive. \- I have a set Check-in time window, please note check-in is still possible after the check-in window, but if you need to reach me, fast replies are not guaranteed very late at night. So for very late night arrivals be sure you have received the instructions and ask me any questions ahead of time. \- In very rare case, if we see any security flags associated with the reservation we hold the right to confirm your ID on check-in. This is very rare, and I will notify you immediately regarding any concerns that arise. \- This is an apartment in a building with other units. In order to avoid damages to the building. The property manager may need to access to the property to resolve emergencies (such as plumbing or severe power issues). They have the right to access the unit for these emergencies or mandatory civic inspections, etc. Again this is very rare and I always notify you in advance to the best of my abilities.
