On the 5th floor with elevator (the elevator starts on the 1st floor and not on the ground floor) you enjoy both an unobstructed view over the rooftops of the historic center but also absolute calm.  
This apartment and the entire building have been completely renovated, offering you modern comfort in one of the most beautiful Haussmanian buildings in the city of Montpellier.  
With a surface of 26m2 this studio consists of a very well equipped kitchen area (washing machine, hob, Nespresso, fridge, microwave ...), a large living room and a bathroom. water with wc.  
Very functional, the bedding provided is a wardrobe bed which, once unfolded, reveals a real mattress and once folded a sofa. The practical opening system is done in seconds.

#### Cleaness

The apartment is ok but the cleanness is very poor, the floor in the apartment MUST be clean deeply but was so dirty when we receive it that you can feel even with the shoes how dirty it was same as the bathroom was very poor cleaned. The mattress is good just for 1-2 nights but for more days is not comfortable. Checking process, the person arrived late to give us the keys and we had to wait for almost 25-30 min outside.
