My stay at this hotel turned sour when I experienced an unfortunate loss of money, attributed to an incident involving the housekeeping staff. Despite otherwise standard accommodations, this unexpected financial setback significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the stay. Future guests should be aware and exercise caution during their visit.

The property was clean and offered a nice lobby that was often busy and gave the hotel a good vibe. The staff were friendly, there were common areas for recycling and there were some nearby options to eat. Public transit was super close and that's a huge plus.

Nice reception and room but ……..
Breakfast attendant did not disinfect hands before stocking silverware, plates, glasses, etc. And then, put bare hand into bread basket and took out piece of bread and ate it behind breakfast buffet bar. Very disappointing

OK but Strong smell from the toilet in the room
There was a strong toilet smell in the room, bath and toilet pipes seems to need some maintenance

The staff was great. The rooms were so so. Parking is tight. But cute town and centrally located so you're not to far from the highway

The room was tiny but clean. Breakfast was stated as full buffet however it consisted only of cereal, yogurt, canned fruit , bread and coffee, juice milk and tea. Very disappointing.

Una solución para pasar una noche sin más pretensiones. Cercano a la autopista, por lo que resulta práctico si vas de paso. Si es para más días un poco justo: habitación pequeña, lo justo para dos camas y un baño, sin armario. El aparcamiento incluido se agradece. El personal muy agradable y hablando español. Las camas bien.

Une seule nuit pour des raisons de santé.La chambre,au top.Le petit déjeuner,dégoûtée,machine à café en panne donc un café d'appoint dégueulasse,pas de beurres,confitures individuels (hygiène....)pas de yaourts,compotes,miel,bref quand j'ai vu le buffet bien achalandé de l'autre Ibis (rouge),je me suis dit:fait meilleur être riche(100e la nuit)contre 76euros (quand même )pour ibis budjet

Hallo , leider war es schmutzig , es gab einen Blutfleck auf dem Boden und an der Tapete , hatte Papier darüber gelegt , aber das Personal hat nichts unternommen , diesen Fleck zu beseitigen , das Frühstück war auch nicht das Beste , die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt , jeden Tag gab es andere Alternativen , es gab auch keine Eier ( Rührei oder gekochte Eier und kein Brot ansonsten war es ok . Nur der Weg zur Arena am Parc Expo war mir zu weit . der Service war sehr nett .

Très recomendable
Nous avons séjourné une nuite avec notre fille de 4 ans et tout parfait. Les lits, le pétit dejeuner et surtout l amabilité du personnel de recéption. C' est génial trouver des personnes qui aiment faire sont travail plus que bien!
