L'appartement assez lumineux et bien rénové n'est pas grand, mais il est intelligemment aménagé, meublé et décoré avec goût. L'équipement ménager est neuf et de bonne qualité. Un grand réfrigérateur-congélateur, une plaque de cuisson à quatre feux, un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge, deux écrans de télévision et surtout un climatiseur fonctionnant efficacement. La situation calme à proximité des commerces au centre de Balaruc-les-Bains est favorable. Le propriétaire habite à une grande distance mais communique rapidement et attentivement. Le ménage est effectué sur place par quelques dames, qui s'occupent également de l'accueil et de la remise des clés.
