« The cabin was perfect very clean and cozy. We loved the waterfall in the backyeard it was beautiful. So relaxing to sit out at fire at night with the sound of the waterfall. Very private area we loved everything about it. Tia answered any questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be back. The only thing i could say that was wrong was the one airconditioner did not cool the whole cabin maybe one in the bedroom as well would help but not a big deal i loved it. »

« Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and central to the lakes, Seneca Wine Trail and Ithaca. It was only a short drive to many state parks. The kids enjoyed their time playing outside and checking out the waterfall at the end of the road. Our stay was perfect and had everything we needed! »

« We had a fantastic stay. The house is very clean, looks like a fresh reno. Kitchen was well thought out, everything in working order. House felt spacious for 2 couples. Bathroom was clean and roomy. We hooked bc we brought a small sailboat which we put right into the water easily. Had fun sailing, sitting on the dock, floating in our tubes, swimming. « Loved the location and private access to the lake. Sunrises on the porch with coffee were unforgettable. 1950s charm with modern amenities, can’t beat it. Loved the original front door and rotary phone, a step back in time. Steps not a problem, just a little extra exercise. Clean and comfy. Only notes would be to replace the couch (seems well loved) and address the subfloor in the bathroom by the shower, but not deal breakers. Will stay again! »
