Immerse yourself in the idyllic outdoor spaces at House "Di Carlino." The property features a private terraced garden adorned with trees, natural landscaping, and a picturesque meadow. While the garden is unfenced, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Guests can access the property via a 1.6 km long steep and narrow motor access and park their vehicles on the premises.

This vacation home is a semi-detached 3-room house that spans 80 m2 over 2 levels. On the upper floor, there is a walk-through room with a 160 cm French bed and a room with three 80 cm beds. Please note that there is a steep stair leading up to the upper floor. The living/dining room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen satellite TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also a dining table in the kitchen area.  
  
Amenities Included  
The amenities included in this vacation home are a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, a hairdryer, and free WiFi for guests. There is also a terrace furnished with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside, the ocean, and the Riviera della Versilia. Additionally, there is a reserved parking area for two cars at the house.

The furnishings in this vacation home are both practical and rustic. From the living/dining room, you can exit to the garden. Please note that there is no heating option in this vacation home, and it is a non-smoking property.
