For shared use: property 2 ha (fenced), terraced garden with trees, meadow. Barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use), heating available only from 22.Oct. - 07.Apr.. Motor access (1.2 km via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bicycle rental 7 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Follonica" 45 km, thermal baths "Terme di Sassetta" 40 km. Riding stable 7 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: San Galgano Abbey 27 km, Siena 58 km, Radicondoli 25 km, Roccatederighi 24 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 57 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Accesa 29 km. Hiking paths: Riserva Naturale di Cornate e Fosini. Please note: car recommended.
