Podere Salcerini is a charming and spacious 8-room house, perfect for a comfortable and rustic vacation stay in the Tuscan countryside. The house spans 250m2 across two levels and boasts cozy furnishings that are perfect for relaxing in. The ground floor features a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, dining table, and satellite TV. There is also a room with a french bed (160 cm) and an open kitchen equipped with amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and an open-hearth fireplace. The kitchen also has a dining table and provides access to the terrace. There are two showers/bidet/WC on the ground floor, and the house is heated with gas. The upper floor features an open staircase leading to a living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings, a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace, and satellite TV. There is also a room with a french bed and a shower/bidet/WC, and two rooms with sloping ceilings, each with a french bed (160 cm). The upper floor also boasts a kitchen/living room with amenities like an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a wood-burning stove. This kitchen/living room also provides access to the terrace. There is a shower/bidet/WC on this floor, and the house is heated with gas. The floors are made of parquet.
