In Berry, near the National Shooting Sports Center, Châteauroux, and Issoudun, a detached house with a terrace and garden.  
  
Located in a quiet village close to all amenities.  
  
The A20 motorway is 7 km away and Châteauroux city center is 9 km away. On the ground floor:  
A large living room with an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area, a utility room, and a bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a king-size bed (180 cm) that can be separated into two single beds. Separate WC.  
  
Upstairs:  
Two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180 cm) that can be separated into two single beds, and each with its own bathroom. A large dressing room.  
  
Outside, there is an unfenced garden, a large terrace with garden furniture, and a barbecue. Three parking spaces are available in front of the house.  
  
Optional extras:  
Single bed sheets €8 each  
Double bed sheets €16 each  
  
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

\- Sheet for a small bed: €8.51 per stay
