This newly-renovated studio apartment is within walking distance of Old Cloverdale's restaurants, bars, and shopping and is only a five-minute drive from downtown Montgomery. Also within walking distance is Huntingdon College and ASU, making this a perfect place to stay for graduations and homecomings!

The apartment has undergone a floor-to-ceiling makeover to ensure a stylish and comfortable stay. It's located in the backyard of a quiet family home.
Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have motion-activated cameras on the exterior. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, as well as patios and pool areas (if present). These devices help us protect the property and ensure that neighbors are not disturbed.

Also, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and our neighbors, we have a noise monitoring device in the property. These devices do not record audio or video, but they help us prevent disturbances caused by excessive noise.
