This recently remodeled apartment overlooks glimmering views of Lake Conroe! While playing in the radiant Texas sunshine, glide across the provided kayaks or walk to the community pool. While exploring Montgomery, enjoy visiting nearby Margaritaville, Fernland Historical Park, Lake Conroe Park, the Conroe Symphony Orchestra, and the Walden on Lake Conroe Golf Club.  
  
Inside, the open living room and kitchenette blend together perfectly. Sit back and enjoy the delicious smells wafting from the kitchen from the comfort of the oversized sofa. Your daily routines will come with ease in the apartment's sizable bathroom and bedroom. Additional creature comforts include central air-conditioning and internet access.  
  
As the sun begins to set over the water, head for the private balcony where you can cheer to another vacation well-booked!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
