« Wir hatten eigentlich die Unterkunft Casa Palma gebucht, die jedoch einen Wasserschaden hatte, weshalb wir ein "Upgrade" zu Casa Almendra bekommen haben. Vor Ort haben wir zuerst festgestellt, dass das W-Lan für die umliegenden Unterkünfte nicht funktioniert hat und bis zu unserer Abreise das Problem nicht behoben werden konnte. Die Unterkunft ist generell nur für Gäste mit sehr geringen Ansprüchen geeignet. Für 4 Personen auch sehr billig. Wir (zu zweit) konnten uns leider nicht wohl fühlen, da...

"Bilan vraiment partagé. L'hôtel est visiblement refait à neuf et les chambres sont fonctionnelles. Le gros point négatif est le service et l'organisation générale. Le personnel est essentiellement sur ses téléphones ou sur les ordinateurs, il communique uniquement par WhatsApp si vous avez besoin de quelque chose et la réactivité n'est pas vraiment au rendez-vous. Nous sommes également partis sur une note négative car le matin de notre départ, pas d'eau ni d'électricité avant 5 minutes avant notre départ, sans nous avoir avertis en amont. C'est vraiment dommage car l'hôtel a du potentiel, mais ces points sont importants pour l'expérience client. Nous avons été accueillis partout très bien au Costa Rica, mais l'hôtel Santa Teresa aura détonné. Petit dej limite . "

10/10 Excellent

"We spent 3days and 2 nights to this hotel in Montezuma. All was perfect, the view is amazing and the hotel and the rooms are installed in the nature. It is close to the center by 2 minutes walking. The hosts were very kind and the breakfast very good. Go there you will like it for sure. Pura Vida."
