A atendente da noite me disse que não sabe o que a atendente da manhã resolve, quando questionada sobre os pedidos feitos para limpar o quarto e trocar as toalhas. Elevador horrível! Descarga do quarto 101 não funciona direito! Não recomendo! Se puderem, fiquem em outro hotel!

Fizemos a reserva pelo hotel.com de um quarto com cama de casal, frigobar e escrivaninha. Ao chegarmos o hotel possuía disponível apenas um quarto com camas de solteiro, sem frigobar e sem escrivaninha. Quarto com carpete com cheiro forte. Reclamamos com a gerente e no dia seguinte nos trocaram de quarto. Estrutura do prédio antiga, estava com algumas reformas no período.

Um dos ar condicionados não gelava. Somente um fazia a função de gelar um quarto quádruplo. Não nos incomodou. Café com poucas opções, mas tudo gostoso. A reposição do café era demorada o que gerava filas. A rua era próxima a cidade vieja e um pouco soturna para andar à noite. Tinha mercado e pizzaria em frente e ao lado
