It is located in the countryside among olive groves only 1. 600 m. from the village of Monteverdi Marittimo, in a quiet but not isolated. The sea with sandy beaches is 22 km. The accommodation The house of 100 square meters. it is built in Tuscan style with exposed beams. The garden with olive and cypress trees is 800 square meters, completely fenced. It consists of a kitchen, two double king size bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, three bathrooms with shower and a living area with a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The interiors are furnished with antiques. Outside there are two panoramic verandas equipped with garden furniture and a laundry room with washing machine. The rectangular swimming pool above ground 5x3 is for exclusive use. It 'provides a "manual of the house" with useful information for the housing use. Guests can consult guides, brochures and maps in order to better organize their vacation. The country Monteverdi Marittimo is a quaint little Tuscan village of medieval origins. In the village you can find grocery stores with local products, pharmacy, a hardware store with various newspapers and articles, the bank with ATM, a bar and two restaurants with traditional menus of Tuscan cooking. Communication with the landlord was very good and the caretaker of the property - Paolo - was also super friendly and took care of all needs. The house has a gorgeous location and is equipped with everything you need. We spent 2 weeks here with 4 adults and 2 children. The house was very clean and well equipped. Each of the three spacious bedrooms has its own bathroom, each with toilet, bidet and shower. The property is spacious, very quiet and offers a fantastic view. The pool is also very nicely landscaped and maintained. We also enjoyed using the charcoal grill. Although the house is not equipped with air conditioning and we had 35 degrees in the second week, it was never too hot inside and we could sleep well. Only the electricity is a bit weak and fluctuates a bit and the lamps flicker when the dishwasher, stove or washing machine is running. But one gets along with it quite well. The nearest village is 3 minutes away by car and offers 1-2 small supermarkets, a super butcher, a specialty shop for sausage, cheese and wine and a good trattoria. To the nearest beach it is 40min by car, which is perfectly okay. Otherwise, there are of course countless wineries and medieval towns / villages to visit. Drei große, schön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, drei voll-ausgestattete Bäder und eine sehr große, überdachte Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht nach Süden. Sehr ruhig gelegen, kein Verkehr, keine lauten Nachbarn. Mit dem netten Verwalter vor Ort hatten wir wenig Kontakt (spricht nur Italienisch), es gab aber auch keine Probleme zu klären. Die Aussicht war einfach nur schön!!! Beim Frühstück oder auch während des Tages diesen Ausblick, auf diese herrliche Landschaft zu genießen war einfach grandios! Einziger Makel waren die Mücken! Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, eventuell wäre ein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern und Türen angebracht. Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir trotz der Mücken genossen. Man ist unter anderem nicht allzuweit entfernt vom Meer, so hatten wir also viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Fazit: schöner Urlaub! ##### Ronald M.
