### The Hidden Gem in La Fortuna

Unique property with the best view of Arenal Volcano, located in the hills of La Torre town this property will blow your mind with the privacy, the views, amenities, confort and a great hot tub that is the cherry on the top of the cake. However once you book the house you will free access to Arenal Springs Resort facilities located 15 minutes away during your stay, where you can enjoy their hot springs pools, regular pools and their great Hotel services.  
  
The house is located in La Torre de Monterrey, about 40 minutes drive from La Fortuna downtown but centrally located to visit the main attractions like: Arenal Volcano National Park, Mistico Hanging Bridges, Hot Springs Resorts and all tours in the area.  
  
The house is equipped with:  
\- Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed  
\- Bedroom 2: Two twin beds  
\- A/C unit in each bedroom  
\- Fully equipped kitchen  
\- Private Hot Tub up to 4 people  
\- 32 inches Smart TV  
\- WiFi - 100/100 Megabytes (Excellent to work)  
\- Balcony overlooking the northern lowlands and Arenal Volcano  
\- Private parking on site  
  
I really recommend this property for couples, families and friends that would like to go away from everything, looking for a private place with amazing views, sunsets, planning to explore the surrounding areas hiking or biking (With their own bikes). There are many roads to go out, also to explore the main attractions takes between 10 to 45 minutes drive so close enough to go around.  
  
There are about 5 restaurants close by and a little minimarket between 5 to 10 minutes drive, even walking can be done.  
  
Once you book this property you will have FREE ACCESS to Arenal Springs Resort all nights you stay with us, a 4 stars complex with hot springs pools, regular pools and all services of a Resort. The Resort is 15 minutes drive from the house, we will give all the information about going there and getting the wish bands for the access.  
  
The property is completely private for our guests, other things to note  
for this property you must have a car (SUV or 4X4), road is good but better this type of cars.  
  
The house is located in farming and agriculture lands so you might find cows, horses close by and general farming activities around the property. About 1 block from the house is the house of the farm caretakers, most of the time you do not notice anyone there but just in case they help us when something happen in the house.  
  
If you are planning on staying without a car it will be mainly to rest and be away of everyone and everything.  
  
We can help you arrange transportation from/to the main places to visit and La Fortuna town with excellent rates.
