Overall a good place and good experience just not great. The staff were helpful and any complaint got remedied quick so it was worth it. Also if trying to find the place follow the sign not the address as the numbers don't match and wifi isn't very functional so bring a hotspot. I had to ask someone of the street. My room was two stories with VERY STEEP stairs you cannot even take your luggage upstairs where the bed is (if you have mobility issue, not the place for you). The room has no fridge and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the room (if you plan to work from your room, not the place for you). This is not a hotel, it’s an air bnb. There is nothing wrong with an Airbnb, I get them myself at times, but it should be listed as such. There are is no staff, no reception, no one works there. It’s a remote operation, where everything is done on gf your phone. It abbutted a bar, and you could hear it. The toilet was an inch from the wall, and you had to kick your legs to the side to fit. When I read boutique hotel I’m thinking classic and historical. No somos exigentes en lo mas minimo con las camas pero en esta fue de lo peor, como rota de enmedio y al acostarte te jalaba al centro, terminamos durmiendo en el sofa cama de abajo. El baño mas pequeño del mundo, que de nuevo no somos exigentes en ese aspecto pero al sentarte en el “trono” no cabia (mido 1.79) y tenia que ponerme en una posicion incomoda. Nunca entraron a sacar los botes de basura (cosa que mencionan que hacen) y jamas vimos a nadie en recepcion. Estaba limpio y el mejor punto fue la ubicacion. Al entrar, fuimos detectando diferencias entre las fotos del lugar y la situación real de las amenidades y la habitación que nos tocó. El área de la alberca es más pequeña de lo que se ve en fotos y el color del agua no es tan transparente como en las imágenes. Las habitaciones están muy cerca de las amenidades y se escucha todo el ruido del exterior y las habitaciones contiguas, lo cual no permite la sensación de privacidad ni la capacidad de pleno descanso. Al llegar a la habitación, nos dimos cuenta que no era para nada cómo se mostraba en las imágenes, ni en cuanto al mobiliario ni a la distribución de la misma. Si bien, la habitación real no era mala, esta diferencia entre lo esperado y lo obtenido jugó en contra, aunado a la nula privacidad que se percibía por el ruido que se escuchaba en el exterior y en las habitaciones vecinas. Hubo muy poca explicación sobre el uso de la puerta y la cerradura digital, además que habían espejos y cuadros mal puestos en la habitación que escondían interruptores y/o bloqueaban la vista de los muebles.
