Bella Villa Rita was recently renovated so the furnishings are practically new and modern. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 with 1 king size double bed and the other with 2 single beds that can be joined together to make a king size double bed. The flat is ideal for 4 people, a family of 4 or 2 couples.  
  
There is AIR CONDITIONING in all the rooms and in the lounge, to maintain an ideal temperature even on the hottest days.  
  
The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for linen.. City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights  
. Extra: AIR CONDITIONING Free of charge , CRIB € 25,00 Per day (upon request), ELECTRICITY Free of charge , BABY CHAIR € 15,00 Per stay (upon request), WASHING MACHINE Free of charge

#### Good size apartment that had everything we needed 

I loved the balcony and the large sitting room. This apartment is in a nice location to get away from the more crowded beach streets but it is a very quick walk to the beach. The staff were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
